CANCELING YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been processed online.  This includes any order which has already been shipped. Once you have clicked the button your order begins to process and you cannot cancel or change your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. You may only cancel an order if it is backordered. We will contact you if that is the case.




ONLINE SECURITY
We take great pride in keeping your personal information safe and secure. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to prevent unauthorized people from intercepting your credit card information. Our system encrypts the information you send us when you place your order. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on our secure server. It cannot be read in transit.

Customer Service


ORDERING 
Please note that Dare's Products will be the merchant on your credit card statement when you order online from our website.  Orders can be placed online from any product page.  You may order using VISA and Master Charge credit cards. We ship only to your billing address. Please do not use PO boxes as some of our products are shipped direct from the manufacturer, and they will not ship to a PO box. 

Shipping and Handling charges are calculated at check-out. If you should receive a confirmation with zero shipping, the shipping charge will be calculated manually when we process your card and a confirmation will be sent to you with the charges. (This only happens with very large orders) Upon completion of the online order process, you will receive the first confirmation that your order has been placed online. We will immediately notify you by email of any complications with your order, including backorders and credit card authorization issues. The second confirmation contains the tracking number and notifies you that your order has been shipped.  It is important your email address is accurate so we can contact you if there is a problem. 




SHIPPING
All items are shipped by usps standard mail. You will receive a tracking number by email when your package ships.  You can go to usps.com and track your package to your door. Allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery in most cases. Keep in mind, that we may have the manufacturer ship the product to you, and that takes a few days longer.  We can't absolutely guarantee delivery within that time frame 100% of the time, but we make every effort to get your package to you in a timely manner. We process and ship orders promptly; however, we have no control over the USPS service. Over-night service is not available. 



ORDERING BY MAIL
Yes. You can order by mail but it takes longer. We accept USPS money orders only.  Just email us for instructions.  Ordering online at our secure site is your best option.  The final dollar amount (including correct shipping and handling) must be sent to the address we provide for order fulfillment. (Orders without any or accurate postage included will not be filled)  Your order will be filled and shipped upon receipt of payment.EMAIL



PHONE ORDERS: 
We will take phone orders, but we don't recommend it because of the possibility of error. If you wish to order by phone, email us your phone number. Someone will return your call usually within 24 hours. EMAIL


RETURNS & GUARANTEE INFORMATION:

Depending on what product you order, manufacturers have different return policies. Many manufacturers of beauty products will not accept returns. We have to abide by their rules. Before ordering from our website, please make sure you understand our terms:  On all herbal products, we do not accept returns on opened bottles or missing seals.

We do not refund shipping and handling charges for returns unless it is being returned because of our error. Due to the high cost of processing and shipping fees, products refused because you changed your mind will be charged a 20% fee, plus shipping and handling costs.

Due to the variability of each individual's physical makeup, we cannot make claims or guarantee desired effectiveness. Our products are similar to taking daily vitamins. Each person will receive benefits, but it is impossible to measure exact results. We, therefore, guarantee only the quality and condition of our products. Please consult your doctor before taking any herbal product.

In the event there is a problem with the quality and condition of our products, contact us by email for return instructions. Important! You must contact us about a return before sending it back! The reason for that policy is that we work with several manufacturers of products, and some require you to return the product directly to them instead of us. We assume no responsibility if you send it to the wrong place.

For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period.  If we made the error, return the package to us by standard mail. We only refund the shipping cost of standard mail. Dare's Products reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

  LATE  MAIL?

We provide a tracking number for you in your confirmation email. Make sure your email address is working and does not block us.  The customer is responsible for tracking shipments. In the event a shipment does not arrive, we need to be notified no later than 2 weeks from the recorded delivery date. Keep in mind that the delivery time is within 7 to 10 business days from when your item ships.  That time frame does not include weekends or holidays.


WHERE IS MY ORDER?
The status of your order is easy to find. Check your e-mail. 
 You were required to enter an e-mail address during the online ordering process.  You will receive two e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order. One when the order is placed and the second one when the order ships.

 Tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and usually appear on your shipping confirmation email. However, it may take up to 3 full business days before the package is checked into the delivering carrier's tracking system after shipment. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 3 full business days.  Orders may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary. Please be patient and wait the 7 to 10 days before contacting us.
